Back then, there weren’t solutions for brands in mobile messaging. Private messaging was even called “dark social”. Enter Snaps, the first SaaS company to crack the code. In 2014, we launched our first emoji keyboard and our first branded Chatbot (though in those days, it was just called a “sponsored chat”).
